I help you understand what may be going on developmentally, create a plan that fits your child and family, and support you as you put it into practice

  • My work is primarily with parents and caregivers, not one-on-one therapy or treatment with children. I coach the parent because young children grow and thrive through the relationship, routines, responses, and environment around them.

  • No. Parent coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. While my background in counseling helps me bring a calm, supportive, and developmentally informed approach, my services are focused on education, guidance, problem-solving, routines, sleep, behavior, and parent support

  • I support families from the newborn stage through the early childhood years, including babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children up to age 6.

  • Yes. I offer sleep support that is personalized to your child’s age, temperament, development, and your family’s comfort level. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and we will create a plan that feels realistic and supportive for your family.

  • Messaging support gives you a place to ask questions, share updates, and receive guidance between sessions. If something comes up that needs a more in-depth conversation, I may suggest that we talk through it during your next follow-up session so I can give it the attention it deserves

  • That’s exactly what the free consultation is for. We can talk through what’s going on and decide together whether newborn/baby support, sleep support, early childhood parent coaching, or family well-being support is the best fit.

  • Yes. A Foundational Session or gift card can be purchased for a new parent, expecting parent, or family who may benefit from extra support during the early years.
